By downloading, installing, or using Quick Sticky Notes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Quick Sticky Notes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to these Terms of Service.
The App offers the following purchase options:
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Quick Sticky Notes and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to any content you create using the App. All notes are stored locally on your device, and we do not have access to any of your content. You are solely responsible for managing and backing up your notes.
The App stores all notes and settings locally on your device. We do not provide any cloud storage or synchronization services. You are responsible for backing up your data using your preferred backup solution.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You are responsible for maintaining and backing up your notes stored locally on your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Sticky Notes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, resulting from your use or inability to use the App. You acknowledge that all data is stored locally on your device and that we have no access to or responsibility for your notes or data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
